2024 PCU Games Accreditations

Accreditations will be conducted today from 15.00 to 18.00h at the AP Campus Lange Nieuwstraat. Each delegation is invited to send maximum three (3) members. During the Accreditations, each delegation will be provided with three entry passes per delegation for the Closing Ceremony, granting access to the General Assembly, the sandwich buffet, and the Closing Ceremony, followed by a reception on Friday, April 26th.

Additionally, each delegation will receive five entry passes per team for today’s Opening Ceremony and three entry passes per delegation for today’s Welcoming Reception for the Head of Delegations. Alongside the three Delegation Accreditations, Accreditations for all players and coaches will be distributed in accordance with the team lists previously submitted to us. Finally, the public transport passes for all delegation members are distributed, and arrangements are finalized for the distribution of the complimentary T-shirts.

With 61 participating teams, the PCU Games have exceeded all expectations. Looking ahead, the PCU Committee is committed to expanding the number of venues and volunteers for future editions. However, for this year’s event, we are constrained by the existing venues available to us. This constraint does not affect the sportive aspect, but it does have implications for the number of entry passes for the ceremonial proceedings.
