PCU Chess Cup@Home 2022

11 rounds of online blitz chess were played during the PCU Chess Cup@Home 2022 on Wednesday 24 November.

109 students representing 35 Universities from 22 countries participated in the PCU Chess online program.

Congratulations to Henri Lahdelma “HenriL” from Aalto University (Finland) on winning this Chess Cup!
He did not lose a single game, except for one draw, and finished the tournament with 10.5 points.

Rodrigo Gabancho “UBrgabancho” from University of Belgrano (Argentina) took second place and finished with 9.5 points.

The bronze medal was won by Vadim Eliseev from Donetsk National University (Ukraine) with 8.5 points.

It total 502 games were played in Swiss System. Average rating of Final Round reached 1605.
