AP | PCU Chess@Home 2024 Winners
The PCU Chess@Home 2024 featured an intense day of online blitz chess on Wednesday, November 20 on the Lichess platform. The competition unfolded over 11 rounds, showcasing the remarkable skills of student chess players in the virtual arena.
A total of 278 games were played in the Swiss System format, with the average rating of the final round reaching 1468. Full results can be found on lichess.org.

At the PCU Chess@Home Blitz Online Tournament, we prioritize fairness and integrity. Unfortunately, the winner has been banned by Lichess for violating their Terms of Service, indicating probable use of external assistance.
Action Taken:
The player is disqualified, as PCU needs to follow the Lichess guidelines and regulations; and consequently, the title will go to the runner-up after a final review.
