Welcome Pairs Tournament of PCU Bridge Trophy 2022

Yesterday after the Opening Ceremony and Reception at University of Antwerp “Hof van Liere” a Welcome Pairs Tournament were organized. For this tournament also local Antwerp bridge players were invited, who will not participate in the main event.

17 pairs competed Welcome Pairs Tournament of PCU Bridge Trophy 2022. Seven rounds of 21 boards have determined the winners of the first day:

1. Eloise Lafourcade & Vincent Gallais from Sciences Po (France)
2. Sebastien Thobie & Louis Bonin / Brieuc Pesnel from Sciences Po (France)
3. Jan Leens & Jan Duverger from DUA Bridge Club of the University of Antwerp.
