Chess playing students already registered from universities and higher education institutes from Morocco, Spain, Germany, Turkey, Switzerland, Albania, Finland, Italy, Hungary, Belgium, the Netherlands, India, Argentina, Ukraine, Indonesia, Estonia, Austria, Mauritius, Portugal, the United Kingdom, Singapore, Romania, Burundi and Greece.

The tournament is open for all university and higher education chess playing students worldwide, with or without FIDE ranking, organized in association with the Royal Belgian Chess Federation and with emphasis on Fair Play and Universal Friendship.
