PHOTO CONTEST 2019

Free Participation, Terms and Conditions (Rules)

The Contest is open to amateur and professional photographers which have to be students. All entries must be original work of the entrant and must not infringe the rights of any other party. All techniques are permitted and entries from any digital cameras, including smartphones, will be accepted.

 

REQUIREMENTS (The files must meet the following specifications)

» Saved as a JPG
» No Watermarks / Copyright Units / Logos on images (except logos of organizers and their partners)
» Winning Entrants must be able to provide a high resolution digital file (min. 1920 pixels wide @200dpi)
» Photo resolution should allow printing in a format of at least 30×40 cm

» There is no limit to the number of individual images each artist may submit

» The image needs to be taken in the contest year (This year 2019)

» Submission of an entry signifies acceptance of all our conditions and privacy policy

 

PRIVACY POLICY

Author copyright. Each entrant retain the copyright of the submitted images. The entrant certifies the work as his own. By entering the Contest you grant the PCU Committee and its media partners the right for unlimited non-exclusive use for any material you submit, post, upload, email or otherwise transmit for promotional purposes and for reproducing free of charge.

 

DATA PROTECTION
By entering this Contest, you are explicitly consenting to the personal details you have supplied, including email addresses, being held, processed and used by the Contest organizers for purposes associated with this Contest and exhibitions. You acknowledge and accept that entering this Contest means that the status and results of your entry may be made public. The participant guarantees that the submitted photo does not violate the intellectual rights of third parties. In the case of a claim by a third party, the participant is fully responsible for the photo. Photos of people should not violate their general personality rights.
